From the moment of its founding, Clovis & Roché, Inc. has been committed to changing consumer perceptions of the commercial collection business. In 1988 with a small staff, Owen R. Seiler, a certified public accountant, and Donald C. Zerangue, a local entrepreneur, set out to change the way commercial debt recovery was handled for businesses worldwide.

Leaning on their strong accounting and business backgrounds, Mr. Seiler and Mr. Zerangue recognized the enormous need for an ethical collection agency dedicated to providing honest, professional, straightforward financial services to a large spectrum of businesses.

Today, Clovis & Roche`, Inc. employs 75 talented individuals, in 3 locations, providing debt recovery and accounts receivable services nationally and in the international community as well. We’ve become known as a successful, principled 3rd party collections company, honored with a spot as one of “The Best Places to Work in Collections 2008 & 2009” by Kaulkin Ginsberg / Inside ARM.
