In 1992, Clovis & Roché, Inc. became a member of the Commercial Collection Agency Association Section of the Commercial Law League of America, the oldest creditor’s rights organization in the country. Founded in 1895, the CLLA is the oldest and largest organization of attorneys and professionals who represent the credit industry in debt collection, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

Established in 1972 to improve the quality and reputation of the commercial collection industry, the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA), with over 110 member agencies, represents the most prestigious commercial collection agencies in the United States. The CCAA works to elevate the standards of the commercial collections industry by providing educational, legislative, promotional and administrative services to its members.

ACA International

Clovis & Roché is a member of the ACA International formerly known as the American Collectors Association. ACA International, the leading source for credit and collection information for the past 62 years, has approximately 5,300 members, including: third-party collection agencies, creditors, attorneys and vendor affiliates. International Association of Commercial Collectors, Inc.
