Owen Seiler
President & Owner

Mr. Seiler received a B.S. in Accounting in 1979 from Louisiana State University; he became a registered CPA in 1980.

He worked as a CPA for Arthur-Young until 1983 when he joined Unimax as the Corporate Controller. In addition, Mr. Seiler served as VP of Finance, for Transfer Parking, a related entity to Unimax, with oversight of corporate finances and was heavily involved in contract negotiations.

In 1989 he became Co-founder and President of Clovis & Roche, Inc. along with Donald C. Zerangue. The company started with 3 employees and now employs 70.

He has served as a board member of Big Brothers / Big Sisters for 14 years – was Board President for 2 years. He remains active in numerous charity fund raisers and has directed charity golf tournaments for years, including an event for the New Orleans Saints the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization.  In January 2010, Owen, along with a group of partners, will assume leadership of the Arrowhead Junior Golf Tournament

Owen is a proud husband and father of three children.

   

Donald C. Zerangue
Executive Vice President & Owner

Mr. Zerangue is a lifelong resident of Louisiana with a focused education and career in business administration. He has over 30 years experience in graphic arts with one of the country's largest printing companies as project manager, corporate officer and member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Zerangue was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Transfer Parking, Inc. with municipal contracts to provide transportation for the elderly and handicapped in the City of New Orleans and passenger ground transportation services for New Orleans International Airport.

In addition to corporate management, Mr. Zerangue has experience in real estate management, construction management and the shipping industry. His many years of corporate experience provided opportunities in many business fields as manager or consultant.

His most exciting experience is as co-founder of Clovis & Roche, Inc. which started operation in January of 1989. He has served as its Executive Vice President and Board Member since inception.

   

Deanna Causey
Vice President of Operations

21+ years of sales and management experience with a concentrated background in training and employee development.
In 1994 she joined Clovis & Roche, Inc. as a Client Services representative. Promoted to manager of the Client Services department in 1997, and by 2003 had grown the department to include 5 additional staff members and admin support, increased production, enhanced sales training programs and launched new marketing strategy.

She became the Director of Operations in 2006 as the new office opened in Hammond after Hurricane Katrina and began to rebuild the sales, recovery and administrative departments. Conceptualized new branding initiative and rebuilt the company website as well as company media and marketing materials.

Ms. Causey’s success in reducing costs and increasing revenue, along with recruiting a talented, stable workforce led to her promotion to Vice-President of Operations in December of 2008.

Deanna has three great kids who as she says, “keep her relevant”.
