With a need for a fully accredited recovery firm that offered top service and results, I have entrusted Clovis & Roche firm with the responsibility of collections for all our collection needs. I have a secondary option at my disposal but have yet any reason to employ their service. They understand our need to maintain a certain image without compromising the efforts in recovery. While this is a task that presents challenges, they have demonstrated the ability to quickly isolate disputed items for reconciliation while a continued effort ensues to recover revenue from accounts that simply need to be motivated more assertively. I also enjoy the quick updates and ability to decide on settlements and payment arrangements, as they are offered. The accounts are still my responsibility and Clovis & Roché, Inc. demonstrates the professionalism of knowing when to seek further guidance in matters requiring some consideration by our company. Accountability, reporting and due dillegence are excellent and when I place accounts into their system, I am reassured the accounts will get all the attention they deserve regardless of balance, location or age.

Our industry often deals with customers that may harbor potential for future business dependent upon their individual financial circumstances. The thought that we might still be able to rehabilitate a customer after they have gone to collections is something that I was promised and I later realized to be a reality. The economy has hit many of our customers hard and having a firm that treats our customers with respect, even in consideration of the outstanding balance, makes the service a valuable extension of my efforts internally.
